Greta Thunberg arrived in Vancouver on October 29th, 2019 for the city’s third climate protest that fall.

Organized by a youth-run organization called the Sustainabiliteens, 12,000-15,000 people gathered at the foot of the Vancouver Art gallery to hear the young Swedish activist speak alongside indigenous activists including recording artist Dakota Bear, who performed prior to Thunberg’s speech.
